What other companies have said about 'TradeTrak'.

AIEW members Phase Electrical have been trading for three years, supplying a full range of Electrical products to the trade and retail customers.

The directors of Phase approached K&P for a comprehensive yet uncomplicated software system for their business, which would give them the flexibility they need to run there business and which was not going to break the bank!

After various discussions TradeTrak was born, which together with Sage Line 50 manages there complete business. Mr Dave Hogg the Managing Director says 'We buy and sell such a wide variety of products from hundreds of manufacturers, TradeTrak enables us to give the efficient service to our clients that we were determined to provide. This I am sure is partly why we have been able to open our second branch within two years of trading'.

AIEW members Premier Electrical were founded in August 2000, supplying Electrical components to both the Trade and Retail markets.

Mr Dave Kohler, the Managing Director coming from the background of a Multi-National Wholesaler was concerned over the cost of a fully computerised system that would enable him to develop his new business.

After contacting K&P he realised he could have a system that would give him exactly what he needed, he states 'being able to work closely with K&P we were able to have a system tailored to our specific needs and from the onset our GP% has increased with the availability of all necessary 'Flags' and 'Prompts' on the screen when you need them. TradeTrak is therefore ideally suited to meet the growing demands of our future development for the company'.

MIDA members Regent Electrical Distributors have seven branches and have five of these now using TradeTrak the balance will follow shortly.

Graham Allen the Managing Director says 'We were looking to upgrade our computer hardware and software throughout our seven branches.

We chose K&P Computer Services and their product TradeTrak, not merely because it met our criteria, but in many instances exceeded our expectations.

We were particularly impressed with the instant recovery of the archived data, together with the immediate facility to 'save' prices and discounts to customer files whilst in the process of clearing invoices for printing. This feature alone saves many hours in a working week.

I have worked with four or five computer systems in National Wholesalers, none of which have the huge database of TradeTrak, or the ease and simplicity of use.'
